Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Auger, Jessica previously held the position of Head of People at Credo AI, a company focused on responsible AI governance. Jessica's background includes significant roles at Modern Age, where responsibilities included building the HR function from the ground up as an early employee before being promoted to Chief People Officer. Prior to that, Jessica spent nearly nine years at Amazon, advancing through various roles in talent management and analytics, ultimately leading teams that supported major business divisions.
