Paolo Quagliarelli

Paolo Quagliarelli, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as a Customer Solutions Architect at Auger since November 2025, Paolo previously held various leadership roles at SC Johnson from August 2012 to November 2025, including Head of the Global Project Management Office for Lifestyle Brands, where globalization of the project management team and optimization of PMO capabilities were achieved. With a strong background in leading diverse teams and implementing best practices, Paolo has generated significant incremental sales and improved project processes across multiple markets. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Supply Chain from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and multiple degrees in Management Engineering from LIUC - Università Cattaneo.
