Zaved Parvez is an experienced leader in human resources and strategic planning, currently serving as the Head of People and Senior Director at Augmedix Bangladesh since July 2023. Prior to this role, Zaved spent over 18 years at Robi Axiata Limited, where significant positions included Vice President of HR Tech & Talent Development, focusing on sustainable learning and high-performing cultures, and Vice President of Resourcing and Employer Branding, leading HR digital transformation initiatives. Zaved's extensive background also encompasses finance-related roles, including Vice President of Integrated Planning, where investment optimization was prioritized. Academic credentials include a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from American International University-Bangladesh.
