Charlie Dela Paz has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Charlie started their career in 2011 as a Technical Support at TeleTech and worked there until 2013. Charlie then joined Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as a Service Desk Specialist from March 2013 to February 2015. Concurrently, they also worked as a Team Lead Intern at Atos from November 2013 to February 2015. Charlie then joined Harbour IT as a Service Desk from March 2015 to February 2017. Charlie later joined Monadelphous as a Service Desk Advisor/Corporate I.T. from February 2017 to September 2019. After that, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at Medallia from September 2019 until their most recent position as a Support Specialist at Augury starting in September 2021.

From 1997 to 2002, Charlie Dela Paz attended the Technological Institute of the Philippines, where they earned a high school degree in Civil Engineering.
