Eyal Mey-Tal

Eyal Mey-tal has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Eyal is currently working as a Software Architect at Augury since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elbit Systems Ltd from August 2017 to March 2022, where they served as a Team Lead & Architect. In this role, they mentored and accelerated the move towards cloud native technologies and led R&D pilots and big data related projects.

Before working at Elbit Systems Ltd, Eyal Mey-tal held the position of VP R&D and Co-Founder at CPattern from May 2009 to August 2017. Eyal was responsible for managing, designing, and developing all product lines in CPattern, which delivers real-time behavior analytic systems for the capital markets, specializing in retention automation systems.

From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Press-sense as a System Architect, where they designed and implemented the new framework and architecture for the company's next generation product. Eyal also mentored the software group on new technologies and implemented development methodologies. Prior to this, they served as an R&D Manager at Press-sense from February 2006 to April 2008, where they managed all development aspects of three product lines used at thousands of sites worldwide and led five development teams totaling 20 developers.

From 2003 to 2006, Eyal Mey-tal held the position of CTO at Vinet. Here, they were in charge of all technology aspects, system architecting, and leading the R&D department of 12 developers. Eyal was also responsible for product and project management activities, business development, and pre/post sales. Additionally, they managed the full lifecycle of projects, from concept to customer deployment and support.

Prior to their role at Vinet, Eyal Mey-tal worked at AppSwing as the Director of the Web Group from January 2000 to February 2003. Here, they led a development group responsible for the development of a middleware server and a front-end client. Eyal also handled technical cooperation with AppSwing's business partners, investors, and customers.

Eyal Mey-tal started their career at InterObject as a Software Consultant from 1998 to 1999. Eyal provided consulting, mentoring, and management of several projects for U.S customers in the semiconductors industry. Eyal managed off-site development, provided on-site design and development activities, and offered on-site mentoring of OOP and OOD methodologies.

Before joining InterObject, Eyal Mey-tal worked as a Senior Software Engineer at AGI from January 1996 to December 1998. Eyal also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Rafael from 1993 to 1996.
