Faycal Oulahbib has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Inditex for a few months. In 2015, they served as a Brand Ambassador at Paris Duty Free Shop. In 2016, Faycal worked as a Bank Teller at Credit Lyonnais and later as an International Sales Representative at ASC American Sun Components. From 2017 to 2020, they held the role of Account Executive at PartsBase Inc. where they developed and maintained relationships with various aviation and aerospace industry players. In 2020, Faycal joined E2open as a Customer Success Specialist, managing customer accounts and providing support and guidance. Faycal then moved on to become a Digital Content Manager at Sunrise Sting Soccer Club in 2021, where they analyzed trends to develop engaging marketing techniques. Later in 2021, Faycal took on the role of Customer Success Executive at zHealth Software, where they served as a Trusted Advisor and played a key role in client retention and growth. In 2022, they joined Vista Soccer Agency as a Sales and Marketing Executive, focusing on lead generation and brand promotion. Most recently, in 2022, Faycal started working at Augury as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, specializing in AI, IoT, and SAAS technologies, helping customers prevent machine failures and maximize productivity.
Faycal Oulahbib completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Nova Southeastern University from 2013 to 2016.
