Anita M. R.

Anita M. R. has extensive experience in human resources management. Anita M. currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Augusta, Georgia Government, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at York County Public Library System from December 2015 to June 2019. In this position, they were responsible for training and development, policy and procedure writing, instructional design, and recruitment. Before joining the library system, Anita worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Pamita Aviation from August 2009 to November 2015, where they managed day-to-day tactical and strategic activities within the business and conducted entrance and exit interviews for employees.

Anita M. R. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in International Business from Converse University. Anita M. attended Converse University from 2009 to 2012.

Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business-Human Resource Management from DeVry University. Anita M. studied at DeVry University from 2014 to 2016.

In 2018, Anita M. R. enrolled at DeVry University again and completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration. Anita M. finished their MPA program in 2019.
