Alan Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, customer support, and technical training. Currently serving as a Service Engineer and Customer Support Manager at 3TEK Global since March 2019, Alan also holds the position of Administrative Manager at Augusta Industrial Services, Inc. since July 2015, focusing on operations management. Previously, Alan was a Regional Parts Manager at Peninsula Equipment, LLC, overseeing parts sales and inventory for the Southeastern U.S. Alan's experience includes managing facility operations at Blanchard Machinery and developing technical training curricula as a Senior Technical Trainer at Caterpillar Inc.
