Donovan Lee-Sin

Donovan Lee-Sin has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Donovan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Impact at Augusta National Golf Club since February 2023. In this role, their responsibilities include defining and implementing comprehensive Community Impact strategies and building relationships with stakeholders.

Prior to this, Donovan worked at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, where they held the position of Chief Public Policy and Engagement Officer from May 2014 to January 2022. During this time, they led three distinct teams and was responsible for designing and executing public policy agendas, communications strategies, and community engagement initiatives.

Before joining The Children's Trust, Donovan worked at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation as a Senior Program Officer from 2009 to 2014. At the foundation, they collaborated with internal colleagues to build a grant portfolio that aligned with the foundation's goals of improving the lives of individuals.

Donovan also served as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst at The Children's Trust from 2006 to 2009. In this role, they managed a funding portfolio budget and coordinated systems of care initiatives.

Additionally, Donovan gained experience as a Planning and Evaluation Officer at the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation from 2001 to 2006. In this role, they conducted grants development research and worked on various programs related to journalism, community development, and cultural life.

Overall, Donovan Lee-Sin has extensive experience in community impact, public policy, communications, grant management, and program coordination.

Donovan Lee-Sin holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Planning and Community Development from Florida International University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Belhaven University.
