Caitlin N. began their career in 2010 as a Litigation Paralegal & Case Coordinator at Meyerson & O'Neill. In 2011, they joined IBG, A Novetta Solutions Company as a Technical Consultant, where they executed identity-related strategic consulting and technology assessment efforts on behalf of government and private sector clients. In 2012, they moved to Novetta as a Senior Identity Intelligence Consultant, leading technical research involving biometrics and online identity. In 2018, they joined Twin Mill, LLC as a Senior Research Analyst and SME, where they developed, designed, and wrote a 60-page semiannual guide on online identity management. Caitlin also researched, wrote, edited, and produced technical reports on emerging technologies and the identity security and privacy implications they present. In 2022, they joined Augustine Consulting, Inc. as a Lead Technical Writer.

Caitlin N. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. In 2015, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae certification from the SCRUM ALLIANCE\u00ae.
