Steve Hall

Steve Hall has extensive work experience in various industries. Steve is currently the Executive Director at Augustine Literacy Project-Charlotte, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Framework Consulting from 2020. Steve also served as a Therapeutic Foster Parent at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus from 2011. Steve gained experience as a General Manager at Ella B. Candles from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were the Head of School at Brookstone Schools from 2015 to 2020. Steve also held managerial roles at Decore-ative Specialties, including Operations Manager from 2013 to 2015 and Continuous Improvement Manager from 2007 to 2013. Steve began their career as a Process Engineer at CarMax from 2005 to 2008.

Steve Hall received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. Steve also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Simplilearn in May 2020 and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
