Katherine Qu is an experienced professional in food science and quality assurance, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at AUI Fine Foods (Albert Uster Imports) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Katherine held positions as NPD Assistant Manager and NPD Specialist at Eastland Food Corporation from August 2020 to April 2021, and as Project Manager and CocoaLAB R&D Technician at AUI Fine Foods from October 2017 to August 2020. Katherine's career began with academic roles at the University of Maryland College Park, including Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, focusing on food safety and microbiology.
