Vivian Chang is a seasoned professional in the culinary arts, specializing in pastry with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at AUI Fine Foods since December 2022, Vivian focuses on building relationships and addressing customer needs to enhance regional revenue. Prior roles include Assistant Corporate Pastry Chef at MINA Group, where Vivian contributed to dessert development for various restaurant concepts, and Corporate Pastry Chef at Black Star Hospitality Group, where Vivian played a key role in designing new kitchen layouts.
