Tan En Yao

Tan En Yao has worked as a Presales Engineer and IIoT Engineer at Auk Industries since 2019, and as a Research Engineer at Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology since 2018. As a Presales Engineer, they worked with manufacturers to identify their business needs and provide them with an end-to-end solution to improve productivity, quality assurance and shopfloor operations. Tan also developed machine connectivity solutions by creating industrial applications to address data accuracy and market readiness. As a Research Engineer at Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, they implemented brownfield connectivity applications by using embedded system to ensure manufacturing operation excellence and manage equipment maintenance.

Tan En Yao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) between 2014 and 2017. In March 2016, they also obtained a Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) Certificate from Dassault Systèmes.
