Bulent Dundar

Bulent is a long standing member of the Istanbul studio. He is a highly experienced Director and Team Leader with extensive experience in the organisation and technical delivery of projects including commercial offices and residential developments. Bulent leads the quality and technical standards for projects commissioned with Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlik, ensuring consistency of service across the business. He manages project collaborations with the other international studios.

Bulent has excellent IT skills and extensive experience in planning the project process including the co-ordination of input from other consultants and specialists in the wider client teams. His more recent experience has involved the design of a series of landmark office buildings in Istanbul, delivering Grade A commercial space to the Istanbul tenant market. His experience includes all stages from conceptual design to construction documentation, and Bulent has supported a number of projects to site completion.
