Dr Prajak Barde, MD

Dr Prajak Barde, MD has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. In 2006, they began their career as a Scientist at Lupin, where they were responsible for end-to-end clinical development of New Chemical Entities (NCE). Dr Prajak then moved to Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 as an Asst. Medical Director, where they were responsible for overall end-to-end clinical development and medical & regulatory affairs activities for novel vaccines/biotech products. In 2012, they joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager, Clinical Development (Drug Discovery), where they were responsible for overall end-to-end clinical development of NCE. In 2013, they joined Rhizen Pharmaceuticals AG as a Medical Director and then moved to the role of Associate Vice President, Clinical Research and Development, and Senior Medical Director, Oncology Drug Development in 2018. In 2022, they joined AUM Biosciences as an Executive Medical Director and Med Indite Communications Pvt Ltd as a Senior Medical Director. Dr Prajak also serves as the Chairman of the Institutional Ethics Committee at Noble Hospitals & Research Centre.

Dr Prajak Barde, MD began their educational journey in 1992 at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Dr Prajak then went on to pursue a MBBS degree from Government Medical College Nagpur from 1996 to 2001. Dr Prajak then completed their Doctor of Medicine - MD degree from GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai from 2003 to 2006.
