Heather Currie-Martinez

Heather Currie-Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success - Venture at Aumni since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. starting in December 2023.

In 2022, Heather was the Head of Customer Experience at Productiv from May to August, and before that, they held the role of Director of Customer Success from April 2022 to May 2023 at the same company.

Before their time at Productiv, Heather worked as the Manager of Customer Success at Lob from June 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they held several positions at Celigo, including Team Lead (Manager), Customer Success from February 2020 to May 2021, Sr. Customer Success Manager from February 2018 to February 2020, and Customer Success Manager from November 2016 to February 2018. Heather also worked as a Sales Manager - Corporate/Mid Market at Celigo from April 2016 to October 2016.

Heather's earlier work experience includes the role of Sales Director at Cogent Communications from February 2015 to April 2016, and VP, Customer Operations at Telekenex from August 2007 to March 2014.

Heather started their career as a Division Sales Manager at National Construction Rentals in 2006 and served as a Territory Sales Manager at Waste Management of Alameda County from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Consultant/Backroads Channel Manager at Olivia from 2002 to 2004.

Heather Currie-Martinez holds an MBA and BBA in Business from Canterbury University. Heather is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Gateway Community College. Heather also completed general studies at North Carolina Wesleyan University and graduated from Annandale High School.
