B. Drew Sanders currently serves as Chairman of the Board for 1pet1vet, a nonprofit organization dedicated to pairing and training Veterans with dogs. In addition, B. Drew Sanders has been a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center since September 2016 and founded the Illinois Veteran Assistance Network in April 2016, facilitating resources and networking among Veteran support organizations. B. Drew Sanders has demonstrated leadership in military roles, including Inspector and Instructor within the Marine Corps, and has held various command positions during deployments, notably leading a company in Fallujah, Iraq. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Virginia Tech.

Aunt Martha’s is a family of more than 800 staff and volunteers. We are health care providers, social workers, educators, counselors, and advocates. We are all Care Coordinators – intensely dedicated to our patients and clients, connecting each person with exactly what they need, from the services our organization provides to the specialized care offered by our collaborating partners.
