Eric Rosas

Eric Rosas is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in backend development, web technologies, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Web Developer at the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Eric designs and supports the data infrastructure for the Vera Rubin Observatory's Education and Public Outreach program. Previous roles include instructing on the MERN stack at 2U and Trilogy Education, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Forensic Logic Inc., where Eric developed law enforcement software. Eric has also contributed to various projects as a Full Stack Developer at Truly Nolen of America, Inc., and a Software Developer at USAA, where Eric integrated multiple services into a streamlined user experience. Eric's freelance work includes creating an inventory management web app for Party City and enhancing e-commerce functionality for a golf equipment store. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
