Keith Munson

Keith Munson has a diverse work experience in the field of project management, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Keith is currently working at Aura Biosciences as the Senior Director of CMC Project Management, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GSK as the Director of MST Project Management from August 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining GSK, Keith held various roles at TESARO, Inc., including Director of Project Management Technical Operations from July 2019 to August 2020, and Associate Director of CMC Project Management from June 2017 to August 2020.

Keith's earlier experience includes being a Senior Project Manager at Juno Therapeutics from May 2015 to May 2017, an Associate Director of Project Management at CMC Biologics from June 2011 to May 2015, and a Senior CMC Project Manager at CMC ICOS Biologics from March 2009 to June 2011.

Additionally, Keith has worked at Allozyne, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Program Management from February 2008 to February 2009, and at Targeted Genetics Corporation in various roles including Director of Therapeutic Development from 2007 to 2008, Senior Manager of Toxicology from 2005 to 2007, Toxicology Scientist from 2003 to 2005, Senior Research Associate from 2001 to 2003, and Research Associate from 2000 to 2001.

Going further back, Keith started their career at Targeted Genetics Corporation as a Senior Research Assistant from 1998 to 1999, and as a Research Assistant II from 1996 to 1997.

Keith Munson completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Whitman College between 1989 and 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business for the academic year 2005-2006.
