Dorina started their academic journey in 2006 and graduated in 2009 from Haaga-Helia University Of Applied Sciences (formerly Helsinki School Of Business) with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business.

Later, in 2012, they pursued further education at the University of Liverpool and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Global Human Resource Management in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Dorina O. has also earned several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the WSET Level 2 Awards in Wine and Spirits from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) and the Wines of Geneva Certificate from the Switzerland Wine School.
