Rebeca has a background in HR management, HR analytics, and digital transformation, with experience in various organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization and Bureau Veritas Group. Rebeca is also involved in academia as an Associate Professor in Masters in Human Resources Management & MBA at Universidad de Cantabria. Rebeca holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Applied Communication, and Tourism and Travel Services Management, along with a Master of Business Administration.
