Gustavo Valle

Gustavo Valle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gustavo most recently worked as the Head of Software Development at Auraya Systems starting from April 2019. Prior to that, from May 2015 to March 2019, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead at NuaMedia Solutions. Gustavo also gained extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Salmat from July 2007 to May 2015, where they were involved in the development and deployment of speech recognition, DTMF, and biometric verification applications.

Before their tenure at Salmat, Gustavo worked at Westpac as a Senior Analyst Programmer from July 2001 to June 2007, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of financial banking applications. Additionally, they had a role as an Analyst Programmer at Lumley Insurance from February 1999 to June 2001, focusing on the development, testing, and support of life and general insurance applications.

In the earlier stage of their career, Gustavo worked as an IT Consultant at B&G International Trading from September 1994 to July 1996.

Gustavo Valle holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics/Applied Mathematics from the University of Southern Queensland, which they obtained from 2012 to 2019. Prior to this, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University in 2003. In 1991 to 1994, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Information Science in Information Technology at Gerard Unger.
