Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at Auric Motors since March 2021, Hemant previously held key roles such as Operations Manager at Swati Hotels and General Manager at Hotel Arpit Palace. Additionally, Hemant has experience in sales management, IT assistance, and education, having worked with A B Systems and YTC Hotels in Singapore, respectively. Hemant holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Educational Leadership and Administration from IASE Deemed University and Maharaja Ganga Singh University, among others. Recognized for excellence in education, Hemant has received accolades such as Best Faculty of Education & Management in 2010.

Founded in 1995, Auric Motors Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established name for Maruti Suzuki cars in Rajasthan. With presence in the districts of Jhunjhunu, Churu, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Jodhpur, we are able to cater to the diverse automotive needs of customers in Rajasthan. Today, we have grown into a network of 25 showrooms, comprising of Arena and Nexa showrooms spread across the state with twenty workshops, four True Value outlets, and three Maruti Driving Schools.
