Eric Victory has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Eric started their career as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy from 1994 to 2000. Following their military service, Eric joined MedImmune where they held various roles, including Sr Manager/Manager in Marketing from 2002 to 2006, and Director/Associate Director/Sr Manager in Business Development from 2006 to 2010. Eric then advanced to the position of Vice President and Head for CV, Renal, Metabolic, & Infectious Disease, Partnering & Strategy from 2013 to 2020, and also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Government Project Management from 2010 to 2013. Eric also served as an Advisor, Government Contracting at AstraZeneca from March 2020 to May 2020. Currently, they are the VP of Global Strategic Marketing at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Eric Victory completed their education in a chronological manner. Eric first attended Stanford University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Political Science. Following this, from 1995 to 1996, they attended the Bettis Reactor Engineering School, where they obtained a Certificate in Nuclear Engineering, equivalent to a Navy MS degree. Lastly, from 2000 to 2002, Eric studied at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, completing their MBA with a specialization in MEM (Master of Engineering Management).
