Max Donley

Max Donley has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Max is currently serving as the EVP, Operations and Strategy at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they oversee global human capital, information technology, supply chain, manufacturing, and facilities. Prior to this, Max founded The Donley Group, LLC in 2013 and currently leads their human resources practice. Max has also held leadership positions at Senseonics, Incorporated, Axcelerant Health, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, MedImmune, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Fairfield Resources. Max's expertise includes strategy formation and implementation, organizational effectiveness, and compensation servicing in industries such as biopharmaceutical, financial services, consumer technology, retail, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector.

Max Donley attended the University of Michigan from 1987 to 1991, where they received a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree with a focus on Business and Psychology. Following this, they pursued further education at George Mason University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialized in Finance.
