Manoj Gupta

Manoj Gupta has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Manoj is currently working as the Vice President of Recruiting at Auritas, a trusted solution advisor and SAP Gold Partner. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as Talent Acquisition at GyanSys Inc., a mid-tier systems integrator. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2019, they served as Vice President of Recruiting at SPARTA CONSULTING, a subsidiary of KPIT Cummins. Manoj also has experience as a Technical Director at Rapidigm, Inc. (now Fujitsu Consulting) and Fujitsu Consulting. In addition, they worked as a Technical Director at Rapidigm (now Fujitsu) and as a Country Manager at Cincom Systems. Manoj started their career in 1987 as a Regional Manager at Mastek. Manoj has extensive experience in recruiting, managing consulting employees, providing technical and pre-sales support, and negotiating contracts. Manoj has expertise in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.

Manoj Gupta's education history begins in 1983 when they enrolled at the National Institute of Technology Durgapur for a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering. Manoj attended this institution until 1987. Later, in 1989, Manoj Gupta pursued postgraduate studies in Marketing at both the Welingkar Institute of Management and the Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute of Management, earning a Master of Management Studies degree in Marketing. Manoj'stime at both institutes lasted until 1991.
