Bernard Carroll

Bernard Carroll has extensive work experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and new growth. Bernard served as the Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Aurizon from December 2022, and previously held the position of Head of Mergers, Acquisitions, and New Growth since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Deal Lead at Shell from November 2016 to May 2018. Bernard also served as the Commercial Manager at QGC - A BG Group Business from January 2013 to October 2016. Additionally, Bernard has experience as a Manager at Rio Tinto Coal Australia from December 2011 to September 2012, where they were responsible for managing relationships with infrastructure providers and optimizing existing infrastructure.
