Simon Beck

Simon Beck has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Simon is currently employed at Aurizon, where they have held various roles such as Improvement Lead – Containerised Freight and Interim Regional Operations Manager. Prior to their current position, Simon worked at the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources as a Workforce Transformation Consultant. Simon also gained valuable experience at Jetstar Airways, Air Astana, Thomas Cook Airlines UK Ltd., MyTravel Airways UK, MyTravelLite, and MyTravel Airways UK in different management and planning roles. Simon has a strong background in crew planning, business improvement, and workforce transformation.

Simon Beck has a diverse education history. Simon obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics with Space Science and Technology from the University of Leicester, graduating in 2001. In 2002, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Transport Management (Air) from Cranfield University. In more recent years, Simon has expanded their expertise by completing a Diploma in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Simon has obtained various certifications to further enhance their skillset.
