Eduardo Boix Sampedro has been working in the Human Resources field since 2007. Eduardo started their career at Eulen Seguridad S.A. as a Gestor de Servicios, where they were responsible for sales of security services, security systems, and security consultancy in the province of Toledo. Eduardo also created a strategic sales plan, prospected for new clients, and maintained existing client relationships. In 2013, they moved to the same company as a Técnico Especialista Operaciones, where they were responsible for creating procedures and security reports, managing and retaining clients both nationally and internationally, and creating training plans for different personnel profiles and categories. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Director at Auro New Transport Concept S.L., and also took on the role of Consultor de Selección de Personal at Jobandtalent.
Eduardo Boix Sampedro began their educational journey in 1997, when they obtained their Licenciado degree in Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2004-2005, they attended UNSW to obtain a Specialist, Business Proficiency in English. In 2008, they participated in a Curso de Ventas y Negociación at SINERGOS. In 2013, they took a Curso de Análisis de Riesgos y Planes de Acción at Instituto de Formación Eulen. In 2014, they attended Sociedad de Estudios Internacionales (SEI) to take a course in "LAS RELACIONES INTERNACIONALES DEL SIGLO XXI". In 2015, they obtained an Oficial de Protección de Instalaciones Portuarias from Comismar Consultores. In 2016, they obtained a Master Oficial en Prevención de Riesgos Laborares from Universidad Camilo José Cela, as well as an Instructor AVSEC de personal de seguridad privada from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. In 2009, they obtained a Director de Seguridad from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
