Dr. Joseph Marialouis

Dr. Joseph Marialouis has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Joseph currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., a position they have held since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. as the Associate Vice President of Clinical Affairs from August 2017 to July 2019.

Before joining Aurobindo Pharma, Dr. Marialouis was associated with Lupin Pharmaceuticals, where they held multiple roles. Dr. Joseph served as the Associate Director of Clinical Operations from June 2012 to August 2017 and as the Head of Clinical Operations at the Lupin Bioresearch Center from July 2009 to June 2012. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing various clinical studies and participating in scientific discussions for project planning.

Dr. Marialouis also gained experience at Lambda Therapeutic Research, where they held the position of Head of Clinical Pharmacology and Medical Affairs. Their responsibilities included setting up the facility and managing the execution of clinical studies from February 2007 to June 2009.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Marialouis worked as a Principal Investigator at GVK Biosciences from December 2005 to February 2007 and as a Clinical Pharmacologist at Vimta Labs from October 2004 to December 2005.

Dr. Joseph Marialouis has a comprehensive education history spanning multiple institutions and degrees. Dr. Joseph began their academic journey at Vaidheeswara Higher Secondary School, where they completed their HSc degree between 1980 and 1992. Following this, they attended Coimbatore Medical College from 1992 to 1998, earning their MBBS degree in Medicine. Dr. Marialouis continued to pursue their education at Madras Medical College from 2001 to 2004, obtaining an MD degree in Pharmacology.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Joseph Marialouis has also obtained a certification in Clinical Investigator Training from the US-FDA in November 2012.
