Shradha Aima

Shradha Aima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shradha began their career at Infosys, where they worked as a System Engineer from September 2008 to April 2010 and later as a Senior System Engineer from May 2010 to September 2011. In 2012, they interned at Mindshare and gained valuable experience in the field. Shradha then joined Nestlé as a Summer Intern from March 2013 to June 2013. Following this, they worked as a Healthcare Business Analyst at CitiusTech from March 2014 to March 2015. Most recently, Shradha has been working at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., initially as a Project Coordinator from February 2018 to April 2021, and currently as a Project Manager since April 2021.

Shradha Aima obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad. Shradha attended the program from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Cummins College of Engineering for Women in Pune. From 2004 to 2008, Shradha pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus on Electronics and Telecommunications.
