Lauren Spagnuolo

Lauren Spagnuolo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Global People Operations Partner at Auror since January 2022, having previously held the position of Talent & PX Partner. Prior experience includes Senior People Partner at Talent to Team and various roles at Wurk, including Director of People Ops, Account Manager, and HR Business Partner. Lauren also worked as a Human Resources Generalist for Summit County Government and held multiple positions at Brown Palace Hotel, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Early career experience encompasses roles at Stonebridge Companies and Vail Resorts, among others. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Events from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed in 2014.
