Stephen Blake is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in upscale dining and hospitality. Currently serving as the Assistant Culinary Director and Executive Sous Chef at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club since May 2021, Stephen previously held the position of Executive Chef at Creative Culinary Management Company from February 2018 to March 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Sous Chef at The Modern from February 2014 to December 2018 and a Chef de Partie at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC from February 2010 to June 2013. Stephen also held roles at The Ritz-Carlton Club, Handke's Cuisine, and Restaurant Schindlhaus, along with an early position as MOD at the otherside cafe from 2003 to 2007.
