Marc Hedin

Marc Hedin serves as the Head of Research UK & Ireland at Aurora Energy Research since September 2023. Previously, at Hydro Québec from September 2020 to August 2023, Marc held the position of Principal for North American power markets fundamentals, successfully establishing an in-house power market analysis advisory capability while designing Quebec Net Zero scenarios in collaboration with the Quebec government. Prior roles include Senior Advisor in risk management and long-term strategy at Énergir, and positions at Aurora Energy Research Ltd, ENGIE, and AFRY management consulting, where Marc contributed to energy market analysis, demand forecasting, and strategic advisory services. Marc holds multiple engineering and business degrees, including an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires.
