Kevin V. Thompson has extensive experience in production and manufacturing management, currently serving as a Production Manager at Aurora Organic Dairy since August 2018, having previously held roles as Production Supervisor and Processing Lead. Prior experience includes over 21 years at Unilever, where Kevin was a Packaging Area Lead, responsible for ensuring safe and efficient production line operations, leading projects utilizing World Class Manufacturing methodologies, and developing Technical Leads' training and performance evaluations. Kevin's earlier roles at Unilever include Shift Lead and Manufacturing Supervisor (Interim), where responsibilities spanned from productivity management, employee oversight during off-shift operations, to continuous improvement initiatives. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2014 and 2017.
