Robin Kane

Robin Kane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Beginning in 1998, they served as a Human Resources Manager at JD Edwards/Oracle, where they implemented coaching programs and improved executive performance. After that, from 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Gateway Computers. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2005, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Denver Public Schools, managing human resources systems and processes for the district.

From 2005 to 2011, they held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at WhiteWave Foods, leading initiatives in compensation, benefits, talent management, and change management. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at American Blue Ribbon Holdings, where they led HR and training functions for over 7,000 employees in 160 locations.

From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Working Professionals MBA Programs and Assistant Professor of Management Practice at the University of Denver- Daniels College of Business.

In 2016, they returned to American Blue Ribbon Holdings as Vice President of Human Resources, where they developed the company's first employer value proposition (EVP). From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at hrQ Inc., implementing performance management and employee engagement systems for start-ups and growing companies.

Since 2019, they have been associated with Aurora Organic Dairy, initially starting as a Senior Vice President of People and later becoming the Chief People Officer.

In addition to their corporate experience, they are also an Advisory Board Member at the University of Denver- Daniels College of Business, starting from 2023.

Robin Kane has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. They also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature from the same university. In addition, Robin obtained an MBA in Management from the University of Colorado Denver.

Furthermore, Robin has obtained various certifications throughout their career. They received the "Women on Boards: Building Exceptional Leaders" certification from Wharton Executive Education in December 2022. In January 2018, Robin obtained the "Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In May 2015, they were certified as a "Senior Certified Professional" by SHRM. Lastly, in July 2009, Robin obtained the "Change Management" certification from Prosci.
