Janica D. is a seasoned talent operations professional with a strong background in managing recruitment processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Operations Specialist at Aurora Solar, Janica successfully led the transition of the company's ATS and implemented a new tech stack along with a candidate experience program.
