Kyle Callert

Kyle Callert is a Customer Success professional with experience in managing strategic customers in the solar and AI services industry. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aurora Solar, Kyle is responsible for onboarding, strategy, retention, renewals, and upsells for multinational conglomerate customers. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Customer Success Manager for AppFolio, Inc. and also has experience as an Instructor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kyle holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wayne State University.
