Jeanie Zheng

Jeanie Zheng serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Aurora, leading efforts in self-driving technology since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Tech Advisor and Distinguished Engineer at Cruise, where the focus was on advanced self-driving vehicles from November 2022 to October 2024, and serving as an Advisor at SapphireView Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Jeanie was the Global Head of Merchandising Technology at Wayfair from June 2021 to November 2022 and held the position of Vice President of Engineering at GoDaddy from 2017 to 2021, overseeing various customer-centric innovations. Additional roles include Technical Advisor at KeyoCoin and Director of Software Development at Expedia, Inc., responsible for eCommerce systems from 2013 to 2017, as well as earlier positions at Microsoft and Yahoo!. Jeanie holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
