Marcelle Gammal has over two decades of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Marcelle currently serves as the Group Chief People Officer at Aurrum since 2023. Marcelle also has experience as a consultant, providing HR services to various industries. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Twentieth Century Fox, Nine, and GE.

Marcelle Gammal began their education in 2020 at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration, Change (MBA) degree. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they attended the University of West London and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Human Resources Management.

In 2011, they acquired a Coaching Certificate from the Institute of Applied Psychology, specializing in Executive Coaching. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Marcelle participated in a program focused on Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) at the Institute of Applied Psychology.
