Garry Warren

Garry joined Ausenco in 2018 as VP, Project Delivery before taking on the role of President, Project Delivery for our North American offices. In this position, he assumes a diverse set of responsibilities, including ensuring client needs are met at the highest level, motivating and providing clarity to his teams to execute key ideas and tactics, and encouraging diversity and inclusivity within teams.

Garry brings over 30 years of project management and delivery experience to his role, having led numerous projects in various execution models and locations, including the Americas, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Oceania.

Garry is an eloquent communicator and active listener, who enjoys working with clients and colleagues to distil a situation and guide the development of a solution. As a leader, he ensures his teams are actively engaged in achieving their client goals, as well as making sure they are aligned with the purpose and success of the organization.

Garry has a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick.
