Giselle Kimos

Giselle Kimos is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ausenco since April 2018, Giselle effectively manages the recruitment process for Eastern Canada, collaborates with hiring leaders, and builds external talent pipelines. Previous roles include Recruitment Team Lead at Globe 24-7, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing recruitment for various clients in North America and working on international mining projects. Early career experiences include roles at IMS Group, DHL, Human Solutions, and Accenture, focusing on recruitment, change management, and process improvement. Giselle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Andrés Bello Catholic University.
