Ned Papadopoulos has an extensive background in customer experience and contact centre management, having held key positions at prominent organizations. At Ausgrid, Ned serves as Customer Care Manager, while at QBE Insurance, leadership roles include Head of Customer & People Experience and Head of Customer Contact Centre Personal Lines. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Contact Centre Manager at CommInsure and Customer Experience Manager at the Office of Environment and Heritage within the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet.
