Denise Chalmers has a robust background in customer service and management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Senior Residential Customer Service Manager at Aussie Broadband since May 2019, Denise has previously held the role of Store Manager at Optus from February 2017 to January 2019. Denise’s tenure at Aussie Broadband began in June 2013, where roles included Service Delivery- NBN Lead and Sales Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Business Development Manager and Retail Customer Service Advisor at WOLF GROUP - Telstra Partner, and as an Inbound Sales Consultant at Telstra from December 2006 to April 2011. Denise has demonstrated expertise in customer service, business development, and sales throughout a progressive career in the sector.
