Tom Chapman

Tom Chapman has had a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Tom is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Austin Fraser, where they are responsible for the Medical Technology brand, Austin Vita, and is also the Executive VP of the US Technology business. Their role focuses on enabling teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring an authentic and innovative customer journey. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Executive Vice President at Austin Vita, where they supported clients and candidates in the Medical Technology sector across California, Germany, and the UK. Tom also served as the Director for San Diego, Munich, and the UK. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Austin Fraser as the Brand Director for Life Sciences, responsible for leading transnational teams. Before joining Austin Fraser, they gained experience at SThree as a Team Leader, Senior Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant.

From 2014 to 2015, Tom Chapman attended Henley Business School, where they pursued studies in Personal Impact and Performance Development.
