Maddison Stafford

Maddison Stafford has a diverse range of work experience in communications and media. Maddison is currently the Head of Communications and Media at Austin Health, a role they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Media and Communications Manager at Austin Health from September 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Austin Health, Maddison worked at RMIT University as the Senior Communications Manager, Channels and Campaigns from October 2021 to September 2022. Maddison also held the position of Communications Manager at The Royal Children's Hospital from August 2019 to October 2021 and Senior Communications Advisor from August 2018 to August 2019.

In 2017, Maddison worked as a Media and Social Media Officer at Monash Health from December 2017 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were a News Coordinator at The Project from July 2016 to December 2017. Maddison started their career at Southern Cross Austereo as a Video Journalist from August 2015 to July 2016.

Maddison Stafford obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from La Trobe University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they completed an exchange semester in Broadcast Journalism at the State University of New York at Oswego in 2014.
