Annabeth Adame has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources and retail industries. Annabeth currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Austin Lighthouse, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Director at Austin Lighthouse from 2021 to 2023. Annabeth also held the position of SHRG at the same company from 2021 to 2022.
Before joining Austin Lighthouse, Annabeth worked as the Human Resource Director at Alliance Abroad Group from 2012 to 2020. In this role, they provided strategic human resources leadership to multiple companies, overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
From 1998 to 2011, Annabeth worked at Nordstrom Inc. in various capacities. Annabeth served as a Human Resource Manager from 2004 to 2011 and held the role of HR Asst./Admin./Sales from 1998 to 2004.
Annabeth's earlier work experience includes roles at Orchid at Mauna Lani Hotel & Resort as Retail Sales from 1996 to 1998, NORDSTROM Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate from 1993 to 1996, Diversified Restaurant Corp. as a Restaurant Manager from 1992 to 1993, Stein Eriksen Lodge as a Restaurant Manager from 1991 to 1992, and WYNDHAM GARDEN HOTEL as a Food & Beverage Manager from 1990 to 1991.
Throughout their career, Annabeth has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, retail sales, customer service, and management.
From 1986 to 1990, Annabeth Adame attended Northern Arizona University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
