Xena Rivers

Xena Rivers is the Foster Growth Lead & Project Manager at Austin Pets Alive! Xena optimized Neonatal Program processes and spearheaded projects to expand the foster base. Previously at Nike, Xena, known legally as Ilona Wiley, was the Global Merchandising Operations Project Manager for Jordan Brand, and later became the International Marketing Program Manager. Xena achieved significant growth in retail marketing presence and product adoption, while also supporting ESG programs. Xena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Highest Honors in Sustainability and International Studies, along with various leadership and international relations certificates.
