Samantha Goodman

Samantha Goodman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Operations at Austin Powder since June 2019, Samantha oversees the operations Applications Specialist team and ensures compliance with ATF Federal and State regulations across the company's US and Canadian locations. Prior to this role, Samantha dedicated over 16 years at Flexjet, where positions included Director of Customer Experience and Senior Operations Manager, leading various teams to enhance customer service, manage operations, and implement training programs.
